Margaret Howard is an Assistant Branch Manager with Chesterfield County Public Library. She is a 2013 ALA Emerging Leader, 2013-14 VLA NMRT Chair-Elect, 2013-14 Chair of the NMRT Vice-Presidential Planning Committee, has presented on Social Media and Librarianship at VLA 2013, has written for NMRT Footnotes, is an active member of the ALA Think Tank, and was featured in ALA Footnotes Member Spotlight.
