A Day in the Life of a Librarian Project 10/14/11

Do you have a fun or interesting job in the library?  Is your job boring, but you love tweeting about it? Are you willing to share a typical day with your colleagues and potential Virginia librarians?  Would you like to be involved in a community of fun-loving librarians in VA?

VLA NMRT Forum Blog Editors are calling on all librarians and soon-to-be librarians to tweet about their day using the tag #vlanm on Tuesday, October 11, 2011. All tweets will be compiled as a post on this blog. Not a tweeter? Now’s a good opportunity to join in and follow @vlanm. It’s easy, just go to twitter.com and create an account!

Or would you rather not micro-blog it? That’s fine, just send your journal entries to Carole at carole.bonnell@gmail.com.

Spread the word in your libraries–the more people who are involved, the more fun this will be!  Everyone is welcome to join in!

I can’t wait to see how your day stacks up against mine! Happy micro-blogging!
